Low Carb Cheesesteak

Ingredients:

1 lb. shaved beef or thin sliced ribeye steak

½ onion julienne sliced

½ bell pepper julienne sliced (red or green)

½ c mushrooms *optional*

4 slices provolone cheese

4 mini chaffles or low carb buns (use your favorite recipe)

1 T oil

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp chili flakes

¼ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Directions:

In a hot skillet place your oil, and your beef. Brown the beef, remove and set aside.  Add your onions, peppers, mushrooms, and seasonings.  Cook until soft and pliable.  Add in the steak and mix.  On a lined cooking sheet place your *buns*, topped with the cheesesteak, provolone, and the top layer of *buns*, and provolone. Broil in oven for 2 mins, just until the cheese melts.
