Country-Style Ribs and Coleslaw
Ingredients
1 c Rib Rub ( your choice)
16 oz apple butter bbq sauce
2 pkgs country style ribs
-BBQ Slaw
Cole Slaw Mix
2-4 T apple butter bbq sauce
1 T mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
1 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
1 jalapeno
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
pinch cayenne
salt and pepper
Directions
Prepare the ribs by rinsing and pat dry. Add rub and wrap in plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to overnight. When ready to cook. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Wrap ribs in foil (leave in plastic wrap). Place foil wrapped ribs on pan in oven, cook for 2 hours. Remove from oven and remove foil and plastic wrap. Brush with bbq sauce, both sides. Reduce heat to 275 degrees and cook for another hour. Once complete , Enjoy.

Place your slaw mix in a bowl. In a small bowl add in all your wet ingredients. Taste for flavor and add wet to dry. Mix thoroughly, cover and set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
