Oven-Fried Pork Chops
Ingredients:
2 Pork Steaks or 4 Pork Chops
3 c ground pork rinds
¼ c oil
1 T salt
1 T onion flakes
3 tsp paprika
½ tsp cayenne
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp dry parsley
½ tsp basil
½ tsp oregano
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add oil and blend, try to remove all clumps. This can be stored in sealed jar or bag for 1-2 months.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place 1 ½ cups of mix in a bag or plate. Prepare pork chops (rinse and dry). Dip chops in mix, 1 at a time and shake off excess, place on lined cooking sheet and bake 15-20 mins (internal temp 145).
